I'm a creative operations leader with a background that sits at an unusual intersection: I've spent years building and running the systems, teams, and workflows that keep creative organizations moving — while also speaking the language of the work itself.
Most recently I served as the operational right-hand to a studio founder, managing a global team and designing the infrastructure that held the whole organization together. On any given week that meant evolving a project management system, checking in with every member of a distributed team, and making sure a video campaign for a Fortune 500 client crossed the finish line on time.
I have a BFA in filmmaking and a deep love for storytelling. These days I'm most excited about bringing that creative fluency into mission-driven organizations — places where what gets made actually matters.
